Thank you for shopping at cysum.de! Please note that international shipping may take a little longer than usual. To receive your tracking number, simply contact us at kunde@cysum.com and we will update you immediately.


Order Processing Time


This is the time between a customer placing an order and the seller handing the order over to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays. Our warehouse is open during normal business hours Monday through Friday only, except holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Order Shipping

Benefit from our free shipping service directly from our EU central warehouse.

  • Germany: Receive your e-bike within 3-7 business days.

  • Other EU regions: Delivery usually takes 5-15 business days.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your region)

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping on normal business days (Monday to Friday). Daily order cut-off: 10:00 AM (UTC +2) / 4:00 PM (UTC +8). Orders placed and paid before the cut-off time will be processed on the same business day or the following business day. Order processing: 1-2 business days.


Track your order


You will receive an email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note: During events or holidays, this may take longer. It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you cannot track your package correctly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.


Delivery time exceeded


Should your order be delayed, please contact us by email at kunde@cysum.com and we will clarify the situation with the shipping company immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support.


Cancel order


If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete and the package is not shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund your entire money. Once packages are shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
