Order Processing Time
This is the time between a customer placing an order and the seller handing over the order to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays. Our warehouse is only open Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except on public holidays. In these cases, we take measures to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Tracking your order
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note: During events or holidays, it may take longer. It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you are unable to track your package correctly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery time exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at kunde@cysum.com and we will clarify the situation immediately with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Cancel Order
If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete and the package is not shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund all your money. Packages are shipped and orders cannot be canceled.
