Returns Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom-made or personalized items do not have a 30-day return policy.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
No restocking fees will be charged to the consumer for returning a product.
How to initiate a return:
Please send us photos and/or videos via email to the service mailbox of the website listed here and tell us your order number. Our customer service representatives will determine whether your return request is eligible within 5 business days.

Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement or issue a refund. The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days after payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
