5-year warranty on the frame

Battery, controller, and motor warranty usually 1 year (calculated from the shipping date; if more than 1 year, we can try to offer a repair service depending on the loss situation of the spare parts, but without shipping costs)

6-month warranty on stanchion, handlebar, seat post, hub, rim, and bottom bracket

6-month warranty on brake lever, throttle, sensor, charger

Lights, pedals, crankset, chain, flywheel, brake, etc. are consumables

No Warranty

Warranty expired

Consumables are no longer covered by warranty after one month

User's use, improper maintenance, or collision, fall injuries, overuse, chemical damage, and other abnormal parts caused by riding

Commercially rented bicycles are not covered by warranty

Consumables that are not replaced in time due to damaged parts, resulting in damage to related parts, will not be compensated.

Unauthorized disassembly, damage from spare parts, etc.

Due to different batches at the time of delivery or improvements to parts, changes may occur without prior notice. The company guarantees that the quality of the modified parts will not be affected. Only accessories of the same or higher quality will be selected. Differences in accessories do not constitute a reason for quality impairment. Please note this.
